DeleteThe surface RT is made with an ARM processor, just like iPads and Android Tablets. Windows computers use x86 processors (which is what this program was designed for). The Surface RT is like a tablet, and runs tablet applications which can be bought from the Windows Store, but it can not run full fledged applications. Do research before you buy it. The Surface RT is actually a great tablet!
